Loui undertook a complete refurbishment from start to finish, he was very forthcoming with advice on the design and works to be undertaken, his time-keeping was spot on. During the process of fit-out he was able to always communicate with me on any form of adjustment no matter how small or large, it was always in my best interest to the final finish and budget.
The other added recommendation is that he is very personal and follows up on the works undertaken-a big challenge with other tradespeople is the aftercare-with Loui and Ultimate contractors this wont be an issue. Highly recommended!
